Technical Support PositionWe currently have an opening for a position in testing and technical support. The position requires excellent verbal and written communications skills, familiarity with Windows operating system configuration, and experience using multiple browsers, including Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. Technical Sales PositiondataVoice International, a 25 year old growing company based in Allen, Texas is recruiting an experienced Technical Sales Professional to join their team. This is a National Sales position so there will be some travel involved, but no more than 50% of time will be spent travelling. Company provides Outage and Work Force Management solutions to the electric utility industry, so position will require technical knowledge of the electrical grid system, this information can be taught to a candidate, but should be retained quickly. Personal and communication skills are very important in this position. Elected candidate will receive base salary plus commissions and benefits. Part-Time Position for Technical WriterWe are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to maintain user manuals, prepare quarterly newsletters, design email campaign templates, update corporate brochures and prepare new literature for marketing and sales team. Ability to create and document a conceptual and detailed design, as well as write the code, test, and debug the software.
