Grand Haven Board of Light and Power Selects The DataVoice Outage Management Solution

Grand Haven Board of Light and Power (GHBLP) recently selected DataVoice as their Outage Management System Vendor.

The solution is hosted by DataVoice and fully integrated with their on-site Futura GIS Solution.

Customers have the ability to call in to report outages at any time, or can visit the utility web site to view a map of current outages, and even report outages online.

Once power is restored, the system automatically sends email and text notifications informing the customers that their electric service has been restored.
