The new WorkPal mobile app allows field personnel to interact in real time with the outage system, monitoring the status from the field and deliver notifications back once the issue is resolved. WorkPal will streamline the combination of all the mobile field apps into one centralized app allowing for one tool in the field to manage all work.  We have a lot of new features to reveal!
