Due to the continued travel restrictions, dataVoice is pleased to offer virtual training this spring. We will be offering focused training for individuals in a classroom format for both the CSR and the Dispatcher. Trainees will be able to login to a training system and complete exercises under expert supervision. You will need to register for each session. We’ll post additional detail as it comes available.

Here is the list of the classes we will be offering in April:

April 21 9am CT-1pm CT
Dispatcher OMS Refresher Training
This class is intended for users who have experience in working in the dataVoice system but may need a refresher on certain scenarios to make sure they are getting full use out of the dataVoice system. Did you forget your basic training? Are you fuzzy on the specifics of how to deal with difficult situations? Perhaps you were not even working at your utility when it first deployed the dataVoice solution. This is the session for you. We walk through the basics of dealing with outages and move on to increasingly difficult scenarios. Includes Hold tickets and customer responsible. 4.5 Hours of instructor lead training.
