FEEDBACK FORM — If you are attending the conference and have questions, ideas, comments or just want a follow-up.

The dataVoice Customer Training Conference goes virtual this year. To make it easier for you to join us, we have spread the sessions over the first two weeks of November.

Week One: The conference starts with general sessions. We will outline dataVoice products and direction. The outage management system (OMS) and related tools take center stage. You will need to register for each session, but there is no cost.

Week Two: The conference concludes with focused training for individuals in a classroom format. Trainees get logins to a training system and exercises. You will need to register for each session, and the cost is in the session details.

Here is the list of the sessions we hope you will join us for:

Improving customer satisfaction through omni-channel communications.
Online ordering has played a significant role in impacting customer service.   Customers can instantly find and order literally anything, receive status updates of their order along the way, and have it delivered next day.  Having an outage alert plan is more important now than ever as customer expectations are higher. Utilities need to communicate not only during a major event but also before and after. We will take a look at multiple options for getting the word out to utility customers.   Session will include discussions with panelist who have implemented successful customer engagement strategies at their utilities. by Denna Sandoval

With these tools available, crews can get what they need, without risking exposure by having to report to the office.
