Kelli Froman
Vice President
Kelli Froman became the VP of DataVoice in 2023. She joined the DataVoice customer support team in 2011 and has held the role of Director of Operations for the past 5 years. Kelli uses her passion for people to drive performance within her team and believes firmly in a 'service first' approach to client relationship building. Prior to joining DataVoice, Kelli worked at Texas Instruments as an applications engineer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical engineering from Texas A&M University. Kelli currently resides in Minnesota on a farm with her family, dogs, cats, and a brood of laying hens.

Jason Crandall
Vice President, Research & Development
Jason Crandall is an experienced engineering leader with nearly a decade of management and technical expertise. He began his career in hardware and software engineering after earning his mechanical engineering degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and quickly advanced into leadership roles, including Hardware Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering. Since joining Partner Software in 2022, Jason has led R&D, Professional Services, and Support, driving major improvements in efficiency, documentation, and delivery. Following the merger with DataVoice, he now serves as VP of R&D across both organizations, aligning development teams to share best practices, accelerate innovation, and deliver high-quality solutions to customers.

Tom Dellinger
Director of Research and Development
Tom is one of the most experienced programmers at DataVoice with over 35 years in software development and management. While his earlier experience focused on IVR, he has transitioned to spending much of his time with OMS, where he has broad familiarity with numerous interfaces between OMS and other systems. Tom has a BS in Computer Science from UNT and an MS in telecommunications from SMU.

Doc McLoon
Director of Customer Support
As Director of Customer Support, Doc McLoon leads the support organization with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and reliable, high-quality service. He brings nearly a decade of experience in customer support, software services, and client success, specializing in operational consistency, clear communication, and practical problem-solving. Doc’s early work supporting event-driven software honed his ability to perform when timing is critical and expectations are high - skills he now applies to supporting mission-critical utility operations. He attended the University of Georgia and believes the strongest support teams are built on trust, accountability, and a genuine commitment to service.

Seth Baker
Director of Product and Customer Success
Seth Baker serves as Product Manager for Customer Success at DataVoice and brings more than 15 years of experience in software support, product strategy, and customer advocacy. He has been with DataVoice for over eight years, partnering closely with customers and internal teams to align product direction with real-world needs, improve workflows, and deliver reliable solutions with clear communication and a consistently positive user experience. A former professional poker player for a decade, Seth brings strong strategic thinking, sound decision-making, and calm under pressure to his leadership and problem-solving approach. He is a graduate of Auburn University.

Kourtney Nowell
Manager of Sales and Marketing
Kourtney joined DataVoice in 2024 and brings more than a decade of experience in technology sales, beginning her career in 2011 with a strong focus on serving utility organizations. Her background gives her a deep understanding of the operational and communication challenges utilities face and how technology can be leveraged to address them. At DataVoice, she leads sales and marketing efforts aimed at improving customer communication, operational efficiency, and outage response through innovative solutions, and she is known for her relationship-driven approach and ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, practical business value. Kourtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mississippi State University.

Matt Chandler
Director of Professional Services
Matt is the Manager of Professional Services at DataVoice. He is an accomplished professional, seasoned in project management, solution implementation, and strategic communications. With a background in utility operations, including roles such as SCADA Control Systems Supervisor and GIS Technician at his local utility, Matt brings a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership to the organization. As a Veteran holding a BS in Geographic Information Science & Technology from East Carolina University, Matt's military experience and academic foundation complement his practical expertise, driving growth and innovation at DataVoice.
